Mr. Nobles has 23 of experience as a Program Manager. During this time, he has managed the day-to-
day operations of several federally funded training programs at the national level. Mr. Nobles has
managed the Cybersecurity Defense Initiative Program beginning n 2008. He has a Bachelors Degree in
Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.
